Login into the Caboodle server
The Caboodle server is configured with user Ids and passwords
that map to remote JMX hosts that the user has the credentials to monitor.
User identities are created via the Caboodle server admin
application.
The Net Caboodle transaction and host servers act as facilitators
for the “Raven” the mobile client.
Caboodle servers are behind a firewall, but can connect
to the remote JMX servers

 |
Available connectors
Having be authenticated by the Caboodle transaction server,
the user is presented with a list of available connectors, which she has entitlement
to monitor.
There are two types of connector.
- Java 5.0 JMX, which are used by Raven to obtain
JVM statistics
- Custom JMX connectors which are used to monitor
custom JMX servers
